In order to deal with these lugnuts, you're going to need to get tough. I want you to go up those stairs and pound on that door and say "Hey you nitwits, what gives with all the racket?".

If the morons keep it up, then I would build a small catapult. Take the catapult outside and load it up with chickens if you've got 'em. If there are no chickens around, then use garbage or whatever is handy. Get an old tennis racket and tie a bow on it. Place on top of the chickens or garbage. Point that catapult at one of the upstairs windows and let 'em have it. Shout out "How do like that racket?"

Those numbskulls should get the message now!
